Our shop is named in remembrance of Roy Kirby Duncan. Husband, Father and Friend. He loved hiking and his Appalachian trail name was First Light. His wife Janice has the name Trail Snail. That is why a small snail is in the logo of our design. This is one small way I can keep a daily reminder of the love and support my family has given me throughout my life.
